Third graders have been working on a project to better their environment. First, they researched how to make playgrounds safe. Next, they did field research by visiting the playground and collecting data. They even wrote a letter to Mayor Light on how to improve the parks. Four lucky students visited the Mayor's office to read their letters. The rest of the class had the privilege of reading their letters to sophomore English students!
