SPHS Attends Spring Model United Nations Conference in Cleveland

Twelve St. Paul High School students recently participated in the Cleveland Council on World Affairs Spring Model United Nations Conference held on the campus of Case Western Reserve University.  The event brought together 30 schools from around the Cleveland area to participate in a simulation of the United Nations.

Students were assigned countries and given two topics of world concern.  While attending the event the students worked with their peers to develop a solution to the assigned issues.  Students not only used research methods, but also public speaking and debating skills while at the event.

Participating in this year's event for St. Paul High School were:
Charlotte Hosack, Lucy Dolce, River Couch, Rocco Rizzo, Chloe Hazelwood, Kailey Clark, Jacob Penwell, Henry Palau, Clover Ruffing, Chai Ruffing, Tristan Schlachter, and Wyatt Houser
