Principal Update:
Our first official snow day for the school year is in the books. Hopefully, our students used their bonus day off of school to prepare for their exams next week.
I am excited to have the diocesan Culture Project presenting to our students as well as Mr. Andrew Messer, our seminarian intern next week during our exams. It will be an impactful and productive week on campus. We have postponed our ARK (Assessment for Religious Knowledge) through the Diocese of Toledo until later this spring. This will allow us to have three exams for periods 1-3 on Wednesday. On Thursday, exams for periods 4,5, and 6 will take place and Friday will be exams for periods 7 and 8. Each exam day will be full school days with dismissal at our regular time 3 PM. We do have contingency schedule plans in case we have a weather related delay/cancellation during one of our exam days so our exams will not be delayed past Christmas break.
This coming Monday will be our Junior High and High School Christmas Concert. I cannot think of a better way to get into the true spirit of Christmas than with the gifts and talents of our students. Thank you to both Mr. Conley and Mr. Futrell for their leadership and inspiration with our students. On Tuesday, our students will have shortened classes to review for their exams and participate in a holiday themed wrestling meet with Norwalk High School.
